  Staff go above and beyond. Replaced my faulty pump, and serviced the next one for free; helped me out with an old stuck lock free as well. 10/10 would recommend.

  I am giving a 5 star purely for the service provided by Kia (Hope I have spelled her name right). She was fantastic and has great knowledge of bikes. Also, I found her very genuine and unbiased. I went to a lot of bike shops and felt most comfortable here and was looked after really well. However, I finally ended up buying a bike brand not stocked here.

  I've had an amazing experience with these guys, helped me out almost instantly without any hesitation and the service in general was superb. Extremely helpful and friendly. I would recommend them to anyone going off my experience.

  Partner had her 6 month old Merida bike serviced there last week. Three days later the handle got stuck because the screws were over-tightened and damaged the ball bearings inside. Sales person was rude and refused to even look into the issue. I even offered to BUY the parts but was told replacements parts cannot be sold....The bike store next door gave them to me for free 5 min later.
